this wave is 31st May. Multiple people can choose
the same challenge.
Challenge List
It is a slash fest which means we're looking for boy-on-boy or girl-on-girl, although the stories don't need to include sex. There is no word count requirement.
Write your fic and when it's ready for submission ask for a beta from either the lj community or the yahoo group. We want each fic to be beta'd by somebody in the fest.
Use the pre-formatted text file to submit your fic to the moderators at frack dot u dot fest at gmail dot com by the 1st July. If you want parts of your text bolded or italic please use the regular html tags for bolding and italic.
We are also running a icontest at the lj community. Every fortnight, during the wave, we'll set a challenge for everyone to participate in. The rules will be explained in the lj community and the winners icons will have banners made and be displayed on the splash page of the frackufest for the duration of the wave and then at the top of the wave page in perpetua.
Any writer or icon maker who provides outstanding participation will go on our honour roll and be awarded a banner that they can proudly display on their own site.
